Josh Harrison is an experienced CPA who has worked in the real estate and construction industry his entire career. After graduating from Wake Forest University with a B.S. in Accounting, he joined the Atlanta audit practice of Arthur Andersen LLP. During his seven years at Andersen, Josh advised both private and public real estate and construction clients including Weeks Realty Corporation, Gables Residential, Pathway Communities, Colony Homes, Hardin Construction, Heery International, and Edens & Avant. In addition to serving these clients as an audit manager, Josh was involved in numerous initial public offerings, secondary equity transactions, public and private bond issuances, and private equity placement transactions.
Josh joined Pattillo Industrial Real Estate in August 2001 as Vice President-Finance & Treasurer, named Chief Financial Officer in 2006, named Chief Operating Officer in 2016 and named Chief Executive Officer in 2020. Josh is involved as a Board Member with the Chamblee-Doraville Community Improvement District, and currently serves as a Trustee at Atlanta Academy.
Josh is married and a father of two children. He is an avid golfer and member of the Atlanta Athletic Club. Josh is wine enthusiast who has earned credentials through the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.

Larry Callahan has been the Chief Executive Officer of Pattillo Industrial Real Estate since 2005. He joined the Pattillo Companies as Chief Financial Officer in 1985. He began his professional career in the Atlanta office of Arthur Andersen & Co. He is a CPA and a member of the Georgia Society of CPA’s and the American Institute of CPA’s. While taking on increasing responsibilities with Pattillo, he has been involved in numerous civic activities including the Board of Advisors of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. He was the 2011 Chairman of the Regional Business Coalition of Metropolitan Atlanta and was the founding Chairman of the Stone Mountain Community Improvement District. He is a member of the Atlanta Rotary Club and is on the Executive Committee of Atlanta’s Irish Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.
Larry has been married since 1977 to his high school sweetheart and is the proud father of three productive adult children. As the children were growing up, he was head coach for their athletic teams for 33 seasons through the YMCA of Cobb County. All of his children have advanced degrees and they have collectively blessed him with four granddaughters.
Larry earned a Bachelor degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech with highest honors followed by an MBA in Finance from Indiana University.

Peter is Vice President – New Investments of Pattillo Industrial Real Estate and is responsible for new investments including acquisitions, speculative developments and build-to-suit transactions. Peter has coordinated the development and leasing of more than 10,000,000 SF of Pattillo projects over the past 25 years including projects with BMW, Volvo Truck Parts, Falken Tire, GE Aviation, Boeing, Owens & Minor, and WW Grainger.
Peter has coordinated the acquisition, entitlement and permitting of multiple industrial parks encompassing hundreds of acres over the past two decades. Prior to Joining Pattillo in 1992, Peter was with Cushman & Wakefield and Rubloff, Inc. Peter has served twice as President of NAIOP of Northeast Florida.
Peter graduated from the University of Georgia where he played football for legendary coach, Vince Dooley. In 1985 Peter was Captain of the team and recognized as a consensus First Team All-American. In 2015, Peter was inducted in to the University of Georgia Circle of Honor.
Peter lives in Jacksonville Florida with his wife of 30+ years and is a father of four adult children.

Ben Stafford is Vice President – New Investments of Pattillo Industrial Real Estate. He is responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new investments including building acquisitions and build-to-suit & speculative developments in Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee & Kentucky. His responsibilities also include business development and relationship management with the brokerage community and economic development groups as well as marketing and branding for the company. Ben guided the creation of Pattillo’s construction management department which he continues to oversee and manage.
Ben served on the Board of Directors of NAIOP GA Chapter for two years and is a past Director of the NAIOP Future Leaders (NFL) group. He is a long time member of NAIOP’s Million Dollar Club. He served as a Director for the Young Council of Realtors (YCR) within the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR). He is an active member of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He holds an active real estate salesperson license in the state of Georgia.
He earned an MBA from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Accountancy from Wake Forest University, graduating with Dean’s List honors.
Ben was a Major League Soccer (MLS) professional soccer player with DC United (Washington DC) at the start of his professional career. He transitioned from professional sports to business as a sales and marketing manager with Brach’s Confections out of Chattanooga, TN. He then joined The Conlan Company in Atlanta as a Project Engineer and Project Manager. He joined Pattillo Industrial Real Estate in 2005 as a Leasing Agent and then Director of Leasing & Development before being promoted to Vice President.
A two-time All-ACC soccer player and team captain at Wake Forest University, he was on the United States National Team pool in 1996 & 1997 through the Olympic Development Program (ODP), named a Parade All-American, and named the Tennessee Gatorade Player of the Year. A two sport athlete, he was also a two-time 1st Team All-State place kicker and punter, kicking a state record (at the time) 57 yard field goal.
Ben enjoys live music, traveling, and cooking Cajun in his spare time.

Lisa Rhudy is Vice President – Asset Management with Pattillo Industrial Real Estate and is responsible for the economic performance of Pattillo’s existing portfolio of over 200 buildings. Working with a team of asset management professionals, Lisa is responsible for marketing and listing agreements, lease negotiations and ultimate dispositions of buildings. She is also responsible for property management through a team of professionals led by Janet Moseley.
Lisa began with Pattillo in 1993 as the manager of a hotel owned and operated by Pattillo. After successfully leading the hotel through its first major renovation and the 1996 Olympics, she joined the Pattillo corporate office providing operational leadership to the renovation and maintenance arm of the company.
A few years later, she joined the leasing team where she worked as a landlord representative for over 10 years. She was the first woman to serve in this capacity at Pattillo. Her role entailed marketing, negotiating, and leasing properties for Pattillo properties within the Metro Atlanta market while also maintaining and supporting her tenant relationships. Simultaneously, she also helped develop, support and maintain the company’s first integrated property database.
In 2011, Lisa established a new Property Management division of the company including building a team with responsibility for the occupancy experience of over 300 tenants in over 200 buildings in the Southeast U.S.
Lisa is a graduate of Leadership CREW, Leadership DeKalb, and is currently involved with CREW Atlanta, BOMA, and the Stone Mountain Community Improvement District.
Lisa proudly resides in Smyrna, GA with her husband and two elementary school age children. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, volunteering for children’s activities at her church and children’s school, socializing with her long standing book club, and traveling domestically and internationally.
Lisa graduated magna cum laude from Berry College in Rome, GA.

Casey Farmer is Vice President – Land Management for Pattillo Industrial Real Estate. Upon earning a BBA in Finance from Georgia State University, Casey joined Pattillo in 1991. Casey has broad experience within the company having held positions of Assistant Construction Superintendent and Vice President of Pattillo Property Management Inc. He has been negotiating leases and working daily with brokers since 1998.
While Casey has supported many community service organizations throughout his professional career, he has been heavily involved with Rotary International since 1996. Casey has held numerous Club and District leadership positions within Rotary. In 2010-2011, Casey served as District Governor for Rotary International District 6900 where he led 69 Rotary Clubs with over 4,500 members.
Casey has also served as a Director of The Brain Tumor Foundation for Children, ART Station, and Main Street Stone Mountain. Casey currently serves on the board of the Georgia State University Panther Athletic Committee. He is a 1996 Alumnus of Leadership Dekalb. Additionally, he is a member of several professional and economic development organizations.
Casey and his wife are both originally from Stone Mountain and have one daughter. Casey and his family are active members of First Baptist Church of Snellville.
Casey is an avid outdoorsman, enjoys golf, but really relaxes in his workshop, at home, building furniture.
