We are pleased to announce that U.S. AutoForce has leased 127,000 square feet of space at 6040 Imeson Road in Northwest Jacksonville and plans to move into the building in June 2023. The Wisconsin-based company distributes auto parts, lubricants and tires from 65 distribution centers in 35 states. Gary Marcy, Ben Stewart and Jeff Kapcheck of CBRE real estate represented US AutoForce in the lease agreement.
Congratulations to EMJ Metals on the groundbreaking of a new industrial servicing center located in our McClure Industrial Park, Jefferson, GA. It was a day of celebration as Mayor Jon Howell officially welcomed EMJ to the community along with councilmembers from the City of Jefferson and many others. We’re excited that Catamount Construction has mobilized onsite and we are looking forward to having EMJ join our valued relationships in our 920-acre park. We are excited to welcome medmix, a global leader in healthcare manufacturing, has leased 300,000 SF in our Oakwood South Industrial Park in Hall County, GA. Headquartered in Switzerland and with facilities in Europe, the Americas, and Asia, the company develops and distributes high precision healthcare delivery devices and fluid mixing for applications to support the healthcare and consumer industries.
