Bacardi USA’s New Distribution Center is Taking Shape

Bacardi USA’s new distribution center is taking shape, as tilt wall panel erection is 100% complete. The 351,000-square-foot build-to-suit project is under development on 26.8 acres at 3559 Port Jacksonville Pkwy within NorthPoint Industrial Park in Jacksonville, FL. The new facility makes room for Bacardi’s expanding line of products and will facilitate operational efficiencies. Thank you to Wayne Schuchts and Bobby Benton with Avison Young who represented Bacardi, and to ARCO Design/Build who is the contractor for the project.
