We are pleased to announce that U.S. AutoForce has leased 127,000 square feet of space at 6040 Imeson Road in Northwest Jacksonville and plans to move into the building in June 2023. The Wisconsin-based company distributes auto parts, lubricants and tires from 65 distribution centers in 35 states. Gary Marcy, Ben Stewart and Jeff Kapcheck of CBRE real estate represented US AutoForce in the lease agreement.

Congratulations to EMJ Metals on the groundbreaking of a new industrial servicing center located in our McClure Industrial Park, Jefferson, GA. It was a day of celebration as Mayor Jon Howell officially welcomed EMJ to the community along with councilmembers from the City of Jefferson and many others. We’re excited that Catamount Construction has mobilized onsite and we are looking forward to having EMJ join our valued relationships in our 920-acre park. The 1,027,000 SF class A industrial building in McClure Industrial Park, our 920-acre master-planned development just 1/2 mile located off Interstate-85, is available for lease. We are excited to welcome medmix, a global leader in healthcare manufacturing, has leased 300,000 SF in our Oakwood South Industrial Park in Hall County, GA. Headquartered in Switzerland and with facilities in Europe, the Americas, and Asia, the company develops and distributes high precision healthcare delivery devices and fluid mixing for applications to support the healthcare and consumer industries. Thank you to Bob Robers and Brian Monaghan of Cushman Wakefield who represented medmix with this pursuit and exciting project.

We are pleased to announce the acquisition of 43 acres in Distriplex Farms in Shelby County (Memphis) TN, and look forward to developing these sites which can accommodate industrial buildings ranging from 125,000 SF up to 450,000 SF. Thank you Loctek Ergonomic and Jeff Collins of Commercial Florida Realty, Inc. for selecting Pattillo Industrial for the development of a 234,000 SF build to suit DC in Jacksonville, FL. The new building will be constructed at 2983 Faye Rd. near Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) and NorthPoint Industrial Park. Additional sites are available for further development at NorthPoint Industrial Park.

We are excited to welcome Semperit Industrial Products, an international provider of highly specialized rubber products for customers within the industrial and medical sectors, to Coweta Industrial Park, Newnan, GA. The company’s new Americas headquarters and manufacturing facility will occupy 150,000 SF of our 300,000 SF building. The Semperit operation will create 70 jobs and will be able to better serve its customers across both North and South America.

We are excited to welcome IEM Power Systems to NorthPoint Industrial Park in Jacksonville, FL! The electrical system manufacturer will lease the 186,000 SF building at 3600 Port Jacksonville Parkway allowing them to consolidate their Jacksonville operations. Bacardi USA’s new distribution center is taking shape, as tilt wall panel erection is 100% complete. The 351,000-square-foot build-to-suit project is under development on 26.8 acres at 3559 Port Jacksonville Pkwy within NorthPoint Industrial Park in Jacksonville, FL. The new facility makes room for Bacardi’s expanding line of products and will facilitate operational efficiencies.
