Pattillo Industrial Real Estate has purchased a fully leased portfolio consisting of approximately 600,000 +/- SF in the thriving Savannah, GA market. The properties are strategically located in Effingham County and will be served by the new Effingham Parkway as well as the Highway 21 Corridor.
