Welcoming EMJ Metals to McClure Industrial Park!

Pattillo Industrial Real Estate (PIRE) is pleased to announce that EMJ, a leading supplier of steel and aluminum bar, tubing and plates, has taken occupancy of their new industrial service center located in our McClure Industrial Park in Jefferson, GA. PIRE developed the 200,000 SF state-of the-art building which includes world-class technology and specialized warehouse amenities to enable EMJ to provide unsurpassed service to their customers. Special thanks to Oxbow Real Estate who represented EMJ on this build to suit development and to Catamount Constructors who went above and beyond every step of the way on this project to deliver this first class facility.
